UI Development

Nike

Running team scrums to deliver content update for Nike+, Nike Football, Golf. Here I would help the team understand the code base as well as organise workload.

This did take time to get right but there were significant outcomes that allowed the producer team to focus on work, with getting the Project managers to focus on priorities, as well as setting two days to push live that helped give more structure to our work load.
