Al Ain Mobile App
AI-enhanced water delivery experience for Al Ain, helping users plan around heatwaves, events, and changing needs.
The problem: In Dubai, tap water isn’t suitable for drinking — so services like Al Ain Water are essential. Our challenge was to create a vision for a smarter water delivery experience: one that helps users plan ahead, adapt to lifestyle changes, and stay hydrated through the city’s intense heat..
My Role: I led the user journey definition and early concepting, running ideation workshops with the strategy team and mapping out the narrative flow for the AI-enhanced experience. I produced the initial wireframes and experience logic, helping the wider team align on key moments to showcase. I then worked closely with the UI designer to shape the visual direction of the pitch deck, ensuring each screen clearly communicated how AI could add value at just the right moment in the user’s day.
The solution: We pitched a forward-looking mobile experience powered by AI. By anticipating demand based on calendar events or weather patterns, the app could automatically recommend order adjustments — for example, during a heatwave or ahead of a dinner party. The goal was to shift from reactive ordering to intelligent, personalised service.

The Brief
Following strategy sessions and industry research, we held ideation workshops to surface early concepts. I then led the journey mapping to define a clear narrative, align the team on the tech and screen flows required, and create a foundation for design and storytelling.
Journey Mapping & Wireframes
Using the mapped journey, I sketched high-level wireframes to explore key user interactions and flow. By visualising a wide range of screens early on, we were able to collaboratively select the strongest moments to bring forward — helping focus the UI team on what mattered most for the pitch.
Final UI & Pitch Deck
Working closely with the UI designer, we refined the narrative and selected visual frames that best supported the story. Every screen was chosen to illustrate how AI could enhance day-to-day water delivery, from smart suggestions to timely reminders, creating a service that feels both thoughtful and essential.
